ITWorks Featured in CIO Magazine

NPower PA's ITWorks was the featured cover story in March 2010's CIO Magazine. It's a great take on the problem ITWorks addresses and follows the stories of two recent graduates, Solenny Herrera (now at Reed Technology) and Lila Santos (now at NPower).

Here's an excerpt: "CIOs are faced with a dry pipeline of entry-level staff. At the same time, tens of thousands of young people between the ages of 18 and 25 live in poverty in the major cities that are home to most of the available IT jobs."
