Stephen Elliott

As Executive Vice President and CIO, Steve leads technology strategic planning, service delivery management, and technology procurement for NCO, a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, with over 20,000 employees worldwide. He has led overall technology growth and deployment along with the systems integration and consolidation for over 25 acquisitions. Prior to joining NCO, he held various management positions with EDS and worked for Andersen Consulting.
