David Henkin

David Henkin is an experienced executive and coaching professional who has spent his career transforming systems, organizations, teams and individuals.  His writings incorporate the practical, applicable reality of delivering results in leading corporations as well as the deep, rich background, history and systemic underpinnings of improving individual, team and organizational performance.   

He is currently a Principal at a leading investment management firm and an adjunct professor at Villanova University's School of Business.  Prior to that he was an executive at a leading international consulting company.  He has held numerous leadership positions in front-line business organizations, information technology, and six sigma.
