David Ballai

Chief Information Officer and Vice President Operations, Reed Technology & Information Services, Inc.

As Vice President, Operations and Technology Services (CIO/COO) at Reed Tech, David manages greater than 1,000 employees in multiple operating and technology-oriented facilities, primarily servicing the United States Patent & Trademark Office. He held previous senior management positions at Iron Mountain Records Management and Pierce Leahy Corporation, overseeing businesses in the Northeastern U.S. and Canada. As a result, David has more than 20 years experience in the management of paper and complex electronic records. David also invested more than 10 years in various management roles in the high speed printing and digital imaging industry with Webcraft Technologies, now Vertis.

David is actively involved in a number of technology and community organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for The Society of Information Management professionals (SIM) in Philadelphia, and Pearl S. Buck International. David is also an Advisory Board member to the Temple University CIS program.

David is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Computer Science, and also holds an MBA in Management from Temple University.
